1. Machinery Procurement
All equipment procurement quotes issued by Majan remain valid for 30 calendar days. Specific machinery setups are subject to factory lead times and transport schedules.
2. Equipment Operation Liabilities
Clients operating access platforms, cranes, or diesel power units must ensure sites comply with occupational health regulations. Unauthorised operation beyond rated lifting or load capacities is strictly prohibited.
3. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the commercial laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from transactions or leases shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Omani courts.
